Even before I started this diet I have been consuming very high amounts of fruits as I get it all free from my cousins work. Now that I am on this diet I end up snacking on fruit often, I will have days where I eat 150g of strawberries, 150g of blueberries, an orange, an apple, and a pineapple all usually in some sort of raw cream or yogurt. Im just wondering how bad it is to consume this much fruit and how much I will need to cut it down by because I know I'm getting way to much fructose not to mention I sometimes have raw honey on top of this.

@aiden Aajonus recommend different amounts for different people. For big fella's like me (about 6'2 and above) he recommend 1 cup a day. I find that eating more than that causes my teeth to hurt slightly. Follow your intuition and listen to your body and eat all fruit with a raw fat of 1:1 proportions

@aiden If you feel better with fruit go for it.
But if you need to heal from disease or drastically improve health fast then you should be more strict with fully raw animal foods.
@Rabbi I definitely feel great eating fruits and I rely on It for energy most of the time. However, I do find that eating this much fruit decreases my appetite so sometimes it ends up decreasing the amount of meat that I would've eaten so I may cut it out or at least cut down the amount.

@RuskinPrimal Yeah, sometimes I do get toothaches, but besides that I feel amazing eating high amounts of fruits energy wise, and I also crave them a lot. Should I increase the amount of raw fat that i eat to match the high amount of fruit or should I just cut down on fruit in general?

Do you genuinely crave the fruit or are you eating out of bordem. That's the question.
You can kinda get away with it more because it's summer, But yeah you'll know if you get too much sugar from brainfog.
@Jay I definitely crave fruit in the morning but after my first 2-3 pieces of fruit maybe I am eating the rest for the sake of it because I get it for free tbh compared to things such as meat which is quite expensive. In an ideal world I would have reduced it by now but it's extremely convenient. I also don't have brain fog at all in fact it's the opposite at the moment.
