I feel like if you live in a stress-free environment, you meditate, affirmate and do stuff like that then it's really beneficial to work out. What's bad is chronic stress, that's why if you're already stressed all the time and then additionally you go and kill your body it's obviously destructive to your NS and many other systems in the body.
Goatis says he felt much better after quitting working out for a month or whatever, so why not take long deloads sometimes. Tbh I think people are lazy and brainwashed by this mentally ill primal guru

The argument is just brainwashing from Goatis, because over exertion makes the heart slightly bigger leading to cardiac arrest, or the fact that it ages you. But hunting also ages you and causes stress but we did those anyway.

My argument is for the gym as I think people naturally want to have bigger biceps or abs. Yes, Hollywood has brainwashed us to a degree but I can for sure guarentee that big muscles would impress people out in nature.

Another argument which is an obvious one but if a woman would like to have your children ever so slightly more because you have a sick physique, then that proves that we are going in the right direction as a species. Literally survival of the fittest. Woman have always tried to mate with the largest male going back millions of years. So why is muscle now a taboo?

You can look like you lift on primal without lifting, sure. But if you combine lifting 3x a week with primal? Game Over. You will look enchanced if commited to both.

@Chill You could compromise and go low carb. I'm at 100-150 a day and most of it is before my training session. Usually fruits, honey & milk. I think that range is the highest you should generally go on primal too.

Btw you can look enhanced on primal because you look less fat at the same body fat as someone on cooked fat
