Started the diet little over 2 months ago, after sticking for 3 weeks had first detox, about week and a half, very mild.
Then about every 2 weeks i had another detox about a week.
Currently having one as well, started 2 days ago.Anybody else experienced so many detoxes right st the beginning?
Also had muscle spasms in between the detoxes, they pretty much went away by themselves, at least didnt notice any.

@liverman12 that sounds like a normal reaction, I also started detoxing pretty quick

@liverman12 about 1 major detox a month, as well as constant tonsils stones, phlem and general lethargy. After a few months I felt better though

I seem to only crave mllk, fruits and cheese@liverman12 same here. Very little meat appetite when detoxing. Just drink a lot of milk, kefir, honey and a little fruit with fat. Maybe try the celery+parsley juice to increase appetite for meat? I usually eat very little meat
