After a year of almost exclusively raw carnivore with very minimal fruit, I went from having cystic acne to almost clear skin only very tiny and minuscule pimples. I imagine just a couple more months of eating this way would’ve gotten me completely clear skin but recently I started drinking raw a2 goats milk. I drank it almost every day for two weeks and for the first week I felt pretty ill and off after drinking the milk. As well as having very bad bowel movements the second week the bowel movements returned to regular and I no longer felt ill but still a bit bloated especially if I drank a lot of milk.
Additionally, I had one of the worst acne breakouts I’ve had in a long time (still not nearly as bad as before). I was reading some things Aajonous wrote about how raw milk detoxs the body. I feel as if the ill part combine with the bowel movements and acne all align with different ways the body detoxs. Just wanted to hear your thoughts and hoping my skin won’t continue to get worse. Thanks -

Thanks@solarvigor idk, evey time i drink raw milk it doesnt cause me acne or discomfort.
I drank raw milk once that made me have food poisoning for a day and a half, pain, nausea.
My skin got pretty smooth after month and a half on the diet and about a 5 days ago i tried some high quality sausage from the store with some friends, 3.9 grams salt in 100g, also spices and stuff, ate about 200g and had a crazy outbreak of acne on my shoulders.

Thanks@solarvigor that’s strange. Goat milk is way easier to digest. What’s your source? Is there a chance it could be pasteurised

@solarvigor dawg I wouldn’t trust it. It’s probably been frozen

Could just be a detox but it could aslo be previously frozen milk and thus causing the problem
