@liverman12 idk, I kinda like hot baths, I don’t feel uncomfortable in one
-
@veloman how long do you go for?
-
@liverman12 30-40 mins, after that I can’t go longer so I see what you’re saying, but I’d never force myself to go longer
@veloman that's fair, probably feels good especially If you live in the north.
aajonus did recommend 1.5-2 hours for proper inner detox, since it takes at least 50 min to heat your body enough to induce a fever.
but yeah it really seems counterintuitive so best stick with enjoying your food, life and habits.

@zygomidus Aftertaste is unpleasant = My intuition is trying to tell me something
-
@Jay I've had similar green juice a while ago and I really liked it. It's very refreshing. I don't drink it anymore though. Maybe I have bad intuition
-
It’s disgusting. Give it to a baby and watch their unfiltered reaction

Most of yall iqlets dont understand that the primal diet is not the diet you would do if you was born in a natural environment without modern toxins.
People raised on a fully raw diet wont need the veg juice.
Modern problems require modern solutions@mei goatis tho is a perfect example of a success story fully naturally.

and he already came from an unhealthy background as you can clearly see with his facial structure. -
@elliott88 but what’s the point in detoxing if you’re just filling yourself with more toxins, you can detox without vegetable juice
