Around 3 days ago I ate some salted butter, I’ve had intense migraines when I move ever since, I’m starting to think it might not be just the salt, shouldn’t it have left my system by now? I’m eating plenty of fruit and milk to hydrate and I can’t think of what else to do. Any advice would be appreciated

@veloman If its real bad eating a cooked meal could slow down the detox, but it will leave the toxins inside.

@Rabbi idek if it’s detox, I’ve never had these symptoms before and don’t think some salted butter would cause such intense symptoms, idk what to do but I’ll try a cooked meal out
