@ru it’s just people blindly following aajonus word like it’s the bible, yes he was correct about 99% of things, but chugging oxalates will never make sense to me from an intuition standpoint

Its refreshing drinking them and I never lost my appetite due to overacidity but food taste better and more intense after I had my first cup of vegetable juice. Also celery juice is a good source of sodium. But tbh the aftertaste is unpleasant.

Enjoy the raw milk and get healthy!

@elliott88 but what’s the point in detoxing if you’re just filling yourself with more toxins, you can detox without vegetable juice

@veloman aren't natural detoxes also better?
instead of forcing your body to perform a detox through ingesting more toxins or inducing a fever with got baths.

you still get sick after raw, just feel better during the cold or diarrhea and after

@liverman12 in some circumstances I can see why people would want to induce a detox, say they accidentally ate seed oils or something, but yes I agree there is no point in detoxing through vegetable juice as your just introducing more toxins

@veloman wouldn't a hot bath cause your body more stress than good?
it naturally will cool itself down, pulling sweat and liquids outwards including toxins.
but it doesn't do it on its own accord, you clearly feel uncomfortable as fuck when long enough in a hot bath, and staying in is forcing yourself = going against intuition and therefore nature.

I think eventually it detoxes itself and after a few decades you should be pretty much as good as naturally possible with having already poisoned yourself with man made toxins.

@liverman12 30-40 mins, after that I can’t go longer so I see what you’re saying, but I’d never force myself to go longer

@veloman that's fair, probably feels good especially If you live in the north.

aajonus did recommend 1.5-2 hours for proper inner detox, since it takes at least 50 min to heat your body enough to induce a fever.

but yeah it really seems counterintuitive so best stick with enjoying your food, life and habits.

i just started drinking it, 80% celery 20% carrot.
i add one tablespoon of honey, i like the taste very much and it feels hydrating.
