I tried twice (juiced with Angel Juicer without the shell or hoewever thats called) and didnt feel horrible like I did when I ate bread but still got a rash and stomach aches. Wouldnt do again.
there is a theory aajonus got paid by the juicing companies during that time when it was trending to promote it and include it in his diet and also that funded his whole life. of course vegetable juices are bullshit.
