Since last week, my stools have only been diarrhea and it doesn't matter what I eat or drink... I just feel uneasy in my stomach and get some nausea after I eat and the food doesn't taste bad or anything. It just came out of nowhere and it my situation hasnt improved at all.

@zygomidus sounds like a detox. Just do your best to take it easy, try using a hot water bottle and wrap yourself up in blankets to help sweat out whatever it is that your body is trying to rid itself of

@zygomidus Avoid eating much for few days, I would recommend lube formula (eggs, cream/butter, honey, lemon) + raw milk. Slowly sipping both throughout the day. For now, nothing else. It's not good to eat much if you feel nausea from it.
Diarrhea also means the food is not digesting properly so no reason to continue eating raw animals for few days. So don't eat raw meat/organs or other solid foods for like at least few days.
Let your gut chill for some days so it will excrete any toxins out it needs without hindering it by eating more solid food.
