Still working on getting acess to butter so I've supplmented bone marrow melted down in my lube formula.
Usually double the eggs, lemon juice and honey to mask the taste of the 4oz of marrow.
Major detoxing - Acne on the shoulders, back, spinal colum and base of the scalp(under my hair).
Probably vaccines, also I can see a tonsil stone forming in the right tonsil. Never got tonsil stones before starting this diet.Reminder to not force a detox, let the stones and and acne heal when they are ready - leave them be.
