@foidkiller1488 I’ve tried this but it sucks honestly so if you don’t want to just don’t. Cold exposure is ofcourse natural but you get a lot of time to adapt between seasons.

@Bert I mean it’s meant to be a detox method, part of the hot lymphatic baths is that it dilates the lymph and when we go into freezing water it constricts and squeezes the lymph movin it
@foidkiller1488 Yeah but it’s kinda stressful. I heard locked up posture can also block lymph drainage
