I have been looking into this diet for some time now and it seems that raw liver is the most nutritious food out there so I was wondering how to start eating it, like what amounts should I eat starting out. I would also like to know how it tastes because I have only ate cooked liver and it has always tasted terrible to me, has anyone noticed it tasting better the more you eat it or does it always taste the same.

tastes 100x better, ive always hated cooked liver too it looks like burnt dry feces. raw liver is really slimy and tastes really good. you might not like the really strong iron taste at first but youll learn to like it, and also some people like @rabbi say that after consuming it for a long time the iron taste goes away. but definitely tastes 100x than cooked liver even if youre not used to any raw food.
