added some raw unsalted sulguni cheese to my diet from a local source around 4 days ago.
day after started the spiral of 3 days of double bathroom trips daily with a waterfall of chunky debris from my asshole down to the toilet.
anybody else experience similar response?
severe detox from the cheese (negative) or the nutrients? -

@liverman12 Its just the lactose acid bacteria cleaning dead mass from the gut and eliminating weak bacteria.

@Rabbi it was quite a lot now that I think about it, around 1.4kg over 4 days.
you think if I continue eating cheese it will eventually stop?
@liverman12 it will eventually after you detox. I used to have diarrhea from raw milk once I started. It took a couple days now I can drink pretty much 1l iter on a sitting with no issues whatsoever.

thanks guys I guess you're right, I did eat raw cheese in the beginning when starting and it actually caused me insane constipation, had to shove fingers with butter up my asshole to lube it up and for the fat to be consumed faster.
so my body seems to be reacting differently to cheese now, that's good then
