      this guy is above 190lbs thats actually crazy, how dense was his bones, for sure this guy was eating primally

        His bone mass is way above the average person which gave him more weight... But what is the biggest factor is that he was fat (from healthy fats). When the body stores fat from natural sources, the fat doesn't swell up like cooked fats (cooked fats takes up more space than raw fats as the fat particles from cooked fats are multiple times the size of raw fats) and they distribute evenly and the fat gained becomes way less noticeable. Also his big sharp bones makes it even less noticeable. He wasn't 190lbs "lean". That's for sure.

            @zygomidus This guy genuinely had everything, his frame was crazy wide too, and was 6'3 before losing height to drug use, perfect hair, he even lost like half his teeth and whatever bone recession that resulted was either none or his jaw was so insane he still mogged with it
