increased heart rate and tiredness

    I'm male 20, don't exercise anymore.
    changed to the diet 3 weeks ago, around 2 weeks ago started noticing frequent increased heart rate throughout the day.

    anybody else experienced it? sometimes it can become uncomfortable since you fully feel the thumping and tightening.
    also about 3 daysa go began feeling a sore throat and pretty severe grogginess, not like a normal cold I felt before.

    I eat I'm a day roughly: 1L raw milk, 100-200 raw butter depending on how I feel, 400-500 muscle meat or 200-300 heart or liver, 2-3 mandarines, maybe a few eggs.

    • all are rough measurements depending on how much is needed to satiate me.

      @liverman12 It's a good diet just continue like that, maybe increase liquids little bit, like more raw milk.

          @liverman12 about fatigue your body is utilising the nutrients from the diet and that takes a lot of energy so you will feel tired. Pretty much all that you are experiencing is the body detoxifying itself.
