    Could someone show me the evidence that a freezer destroys nutrients? Im not arguing against it, ive just seen a lot of talk about it without any proof.

      Yeah, It tastes way worse and less cause of the nutrient and the bacteria and the enzyme loss. You can try yourself. Room temp is law.

        @zygomidus How should the meat preserved instead of freezing it?

          Well if you didn't know food (actual food) cannot expire and only ferment if it's not contaminated. To slow down fermentation just put the meat in the fridge and then take it out and let it get to room temp before eating. Make sure your fridge isn't too cold. If u live with ur parents or something then it's not the end of the world tho. I recommend you make some high meat.
