I am not 100% raw yet, as I don't have any stable access to raw foods. All foods I have have been ones that my parents have let me buy with cash, I don't have any consistent way of getting it delivered. Because of this, I consume a lot of cooked fats in my diet as it is the only thing I have access to. (pasteurized cheese, 10% fat yogurt)
I have dinner with my family 4-5 days out of the week, and they have been nice enough to make the meals meat focused. (though usually heavily cooked)
Main thing I worry about is AGEs from cooked foods and pasteurized dairy since they seem quite hard to detox.
Is 100% raw necessary for maximum development, or is 30-50% raw fine as long as I am getting in enough cholesterol and saturated fat?
I don't want to stress out too much now about a little bit of cooked chicken and carrots every couple days if I can just detox it later in life without it having too many long term consequences.

Cooked meat with little fat isn't the end of the world but cooked fats are pretty bad and try to avoid them as best as you can. If you can find a butcher or a meat store see if you can buy solely raw animal fat, or maybe you can order raw butter online for a reasonable price... You can tell them to have leaner cuts of meat and then add your raw fat separately. Fats are the main thing to worry about.

Enjoy the raw milk and get healthy!

@LactoseTolerant Toxins from cooking probably won't matter all that much acutely, particularly if the meat is high quality. Not going to cause many gut issues in my opinion. Your diet seems sufficient to not develop a deficiency, so I think you're alright.

@zygomidus I have found a pork store at my local farmers market that sells foraged pork with no vaccines, medicine, antibiotics, hormone etc. Can this pork replace beef in my diet until I can get better access to ruminants? They say that they sell organs during spring and summer, so I will have access this weekend possibly.

Also, how many raw eggs should I be downing a day for enough raw fat? I consume about 4 a day right now, but I could be doing a lot more. I usually mix in a tbsp of unheated honey and mix it up. My honey is fully unheated, not even a centrifuge is used to extract it, so should I worry at all about sugar. Aajonus said that truly unheated honey is mostly enzymes and not actual sugar.

Pork is good if it's decent quality but grain fed isnt too bad actually if you eat it raw and you feel nothing eating it. Eating organs will really help you. Focus on eating the organs that have taken them most damage, so that would be testicles and the liver I think. Raw eggs arent high in fat I think it's around 13% fat in weight. I'd suggest you eat 50/50 fat/protein in volume for safer detox. I know it's seems like alot but your body needs it. Try to get more bodyfat(eating raw primal ofc) and stay like that for a longer period cause you have damaged your body severly and really need safe detox and healing. Be careful eating fermented foods cause you also need the fat. Bro I cannot stress how important high fat is for you. I don't really eat honey cause I live in Sweden and I don't really eat carbs unless its summer so idk where you live but your honey is good. Aajonus recipes are really good. Also sleep outside in fresh air if you can cause sleep is really important for healing. You can buy a sleeping bag or something.

Enjoy the raw milk and get healthy!

@Vibrance-ᛉ Yes but high quality meat will always be better than grain fed, vaccinated meat

If you don't have the proper amounts of the mandatory raw foods, it is indeed better to eat some cooked foods to limit detox that your body wouldn't have the capacity to handle.

@rom i use topical tretinoin for skin, but I have noticed I break out recently near the sides of my face where it is not applied. Is this because I have a middle part and it is just hair oil building up, or is it because I am detoxing from raw foods I am eating and that is the only place the acne can come out because of tretinoin use. (Not accutane, just retinol gel)

Sounds like because when you apply something toxin, it can prevent proper detox in that area
