I only have pasteurized eggs

I cant get any raw eggs and its probably illegal, even raw milk thats why I skip drinking milk cause its pasteurized . Anyways I really need to know If I can consume pasteurized eggs raw not cooked with splash of pasteurized milk because I have been doing this daily maybe like 6-8 eggs a day.

I asked grok Aajonus ai about it, its telling me that I only have to consume the yolk and not the whites.

If you have no other source of raw fat, then yes use cooked fat.
