what are thoughts on pasteurized sheep/goat milk products?
where I live, and I've spoken with many local farmers, raw milk is very hard to come by. looking like i would have to drive hours to get it, so looking for alternatives. i get i dont really need milk products but i find when i do get my hands on raw dairy every so often i feel better than i would otherwise. havent really consumed pasteurized milk in years due to acne, so don't really want to reintroduce it. thoughts or experiences?

It's better to not drink it. Butter isn't that bad(still pretty bad) as most liquids are gone but past milk is very bad. ONLY EAT RAW EVERYTHING. Try fruit juice instead like watermelon. You don't need much liquid if your digestion is good and fat intake is high enough. Blood is even better long term than plant juice but it's hard to access it daily. You can eat more eggs as they are high in H2O but try to ideally get them ideally raised. Watermelon and eggs and fat worked decently for me for months. But eat fruit separately cause other wise it will mess up digestion.

Enjoy the raw milk and get healthy!

@lucycutie Pasteurized goat or sheep milk is better than most cow milk but still not worth implementing in the diet in my opinion.

          Enjoy the raw milk
