Should I avoid eating large amounts of carbs (raw milk/fruits) due to bloating, insulin spike from lactose, glucose, fructose, etc., and 1 g of crab holds 3 g of water weight? Also, would a non-ketogenic diet inhibit autophagy, insisting that ketosis would be the most disease-preventing state for the human body?

@georgeprimaӏ If you want to avoid all bloating whatsoever, then avoid carbs and dairy. If you are in development I would recommend you include them. I wouldn't worry about nuances like whether or not it inhibits autophagy. You must focus on questions like what is indicated for our species. I do believe that a ketogenic diet is most adjacent with disease prevention, though. But not really being in and staying in ketosis.

      Enjoy the raw milk

Prioritise fats first. Raw milk is good for development, but I keep it to one meal by itself. And not everyday. If you like dairy, have as much cream and butter as you want. For fruits, I would eat seasonally. In the UK for example I would only have berries when they come in season in nature. Honey is kind of pointless.

@Swansven Thanks for your reply. I am 19, so not really in development; however, I think I could benefit from it since it's a good source of raw animal fats and protein, and I can get raw milk pretty cheaply. I agree with you that ketosis would be best for disease prevention, but long-term ketosis can have some negative effects. I think when our ancestors ate their natural diet, they would eat a large amount of meat when they would hunt an animal, the large amount of protein would also kick the body out of ketosis for a short period.

@ru Thanks for your reply. I think raw milk can indeed be very beneficial. I also eat only fruit in summer and try to choose local or homegrown fruit whenever possible. I'm thinking about making raw cheese from raw milk, since I can get raw milk cheaply. Raw cheese would provide all the raw animal fat and protein without the carbs.
