kinda, but less. the "squirting" fluid is basically water mostly. the reason why for men its detoxing is because cum has fat and industrial toxins attach to fat mostly, they cant attach to water that tigthly.

girls detox through periods. they are very optimal way to detox. thats also one reason why girls also live longer than men.

very painful periods are sign that the body is dumping toxins agressively as there is so much of it.
