Bone growth during development?

    Hello everybody, i'm brand new to this forum, haven't started the diet yet but am planning to start it soon. Before i start the diet i wanted to ask about how it will effect a male currently in adolescence. My main questions are regarding how this diet may effect bone density and growth, as those are my 2 biggest goals and what i hope to improve even slightly with the raw diet and lifestyle changes. if you have any additional tips or ways to maximize my development please don't hesitate to reply with them. Clinical trials or personal results would be great too, but anything helps :󠀠).

      @180 how old are you? If your below 16 you will 100% see visible effects on bone growth, muscle growth, skin health etc… to fully optimise bone growth focus on foods heavier in calcium and collagen, so drink lots of raw milk and gristle from animals, make bone broths, eat animal skins and you should see progress 👍

        @veloman thank you! im currently 15 so i should hopefully see some results. I will work on getting enough calcium and collagen, but i heard of some "bone growth formula" by aajonus, do you know anything about that?

              @180 raw cheese is definitely beneficial for growth, raw honey is Meh, I’d take anything aajonus says with a grain of salt, he has many good takes and advice, but some takes (vegetable juices, unripe pineapple) I wouldn’t recommend, fruits are supposed to be eaten ripe, thats when they taste best and the least amount of anti nutrients, if you choose to believe that then sure go ahead but from my view I wouldn’t Recommend

                The whole "bone growth" thing is pretty shady. Surely optimising your development will improve craniofacial development but eating specifically raw cheese honey and pineapple to directly grow facial bones is just a hypetrain. Aajonus used it to treat his broken bone and while it may help bones heal and grow it most likely won't impact the way your craniofacial bones look directly. I wouldn't prioritize it when starting the diet. Eggs milk meat and organs are much more beneficial.

                  Raw milk is the best food for growth by far as it has natural growth hormones and help you catch up in a way so drink a lot while ur growing. Organs are very beneficial as they are the kings of nutrients, especially liver. You need to get super high quality organs of ur gonna eat them. And while developing you need to eat high fat and eat in abundance that's non negotiable. You also need high quality fat. You can't just buy supermarket meat... It's too lean if you wanna grow. You can buy raw butter(unsalted ofc never consume salt) or raw fat from beef or lamb hopefully🙏. Heres what to prioritise: 1. High fat(It's absolutely fundamental for everyone who detoxes from the modern world) 2. raw milk. 3. Organs. Also focus on sleep so try sleep outside if you can.

                  Enjoy the raw milk and get healthy!
