I'm 20 years old nearly 21 in a couple months. I was severely malnourished as a child and the teenage years and as a result I'm 5 foot 6 (I'm cooked). I've only come across the primal diet a couple months ago and was wondering is there still a chance I can grow and change bone structure in my face or am I cooked and gotta accept the brutal height mog everyone has against me. I'm having about 1 to 2 litres of A2 raw milk plus some pineapple raw cheese and raw cream not sure if this could impact massively or not at my age.

Literally SPAM raw milk cause of the growth hormones. Maybe upping the raw milk in your situation? I mean you gotta grow as much as possible... Fermented milk is good if it's hard on the gut. Also very important to include organs like brain or liver or bone marrow as they are the most nutrient dense foods. But you shouldnt eat them unless they are from healthy animals, as you could get food poisoning. I think liver is the best organ for you as its the most nutritious generally. Also do HIGH FAT raw primal and eat lots to signal abundance to the body, but don't go too low on protein, I'd do maybe 30-35% fat the rest protein regarding the muscle meat and organs. The milk is already quite fatty I think for you. Eat a lot and space out your meals so that you don't nuke your gut with food. Growth hormones(mainly) and nutrients from the milk, a lot of nutrients from the organs, and the fat from the fat source will make you grow a lot.

Enjoy the raw milk and get healthy!

@Anthony If you have access to colostrum or camel milk, then you should utilize that. Goat milk also has more growth factors than cow or sheep's milk.

                  Enjoy the raw milk

@Anthony and btw don't overfocus on specific things and lose out on fundamentals. Prioritise 1st. Diet, 2. sleep, and 3. low stress and you will do like 95 percent correct.

Enjoy the raw milk and get healthy!

@zygomidus OK will do. Also just spoke to a farm and they said because its birthing season for the cows they will be selling some colostrum at the end of the month so pretty excited for that, however it is quite expensive at 500ml for £7.
