Is it bad to consume high-quality pasteurized butter, or should I get my fat from somewhere else?

get the fat from somewhere else. the whole reason raw butter is good is because the fat is raw, it aids in detoxifying the body. I geuss there still are some subpar nutrients in the pastuerised butter, although it will cause issues with your gut and overall I wouldnt recommend you eat it only if the only reason youre eating it is for health reasons, not enjoyment. If it's grass fed and grass finished UNSALTED butter then it wont be tooooo much of an issue, but better your fat comes from raw sources.

Pasteurized butter is survival food. You can eat it temporarily if your in a pinch but you should never eat it in any other situation. And btw avoid the salted ones.

Enjoy the raw milk and get healthy!

@primalking67 raw beef fat is perfectly fine, although can be annoying to consume. Otherwise, raw milk and raw eggs have plenty of fat in them and are usually easily sourced, they are also the quickest foods to digest.

@Jack Butter is quite heat-resistant, so most micronutrients remain intact during pasteurization.
