    Hey guys, ive been wondering what fruits are actually good for you? because ive heard that bananas are not good and only a couple of fruits have benefits

      I am swedish so I shouldn't really eat fruits where I live, maybe some berries here and there. I eat watermelon for hydration only when I don't have raw milk. But fruits are detoxifiers, they cleanse the body. I think low sugar fruits with more water would generally be the best, unless you specifically wanna put on weight (wait until summer). So that would be tomatoes, berries, and melons and citrus but be careful with them. Also fruits should be eaten alone and digested undisturbed. I wouldn't treat them as food really cause they don't really build tissue. Meat and milk does that. Eat them for hydration and their detox benefits but your main hydration should preferably be milk and blood. Also don't eat the seeds when you eat fruit unless they are really tiny and you can remove them like in some watermelons.

      Enjoy the raw milk and get healthy!

        @Edward any fruits with high levels of juice, eg watermelon or any melon, avoid kiwis as they are high in oxolates, and berries as they normally have been sprayed with a lot of pesticides, also limit yourself with fruits, they can get addictive and mess with your fat regulation
