I've come across ton of posts/videos/people and ect talking about how the Sun is "all the above" (Like in the sense about how it is the most healthy or whatever thing) and while I agree because indeed the Sun can help you with ton of things both physically and mentally but it is also dumb to think that you also shouldn't be cautious of the Sun and it's usually the people that live in "Cold" countries that don't realise it, there's a reason why the top countries that have Skin cancer are from Nordic countries or like Australia where the majority of population descends from people that came from the Uk/Germany/France and ect, it's because their skin and body reacts different to the Sun like that's the reason as to why white/brown/black skin exists it's basically what is better for that environment, like I live in a sunny warm area and like when I see tourists from those countries you notice it immediately that they underestimated the Sun like from white skin it becomes like tomato skin lol
The Sun isn't something that you should mess with, while it provides ton of benefits if you underestimate it, it will turn badly for you
@Arbanon Sun burns are caused by the oxidized adipose tissue made from plant oils. Not adipose tissue made from animal fats, as easily.
Sun won't obviously give you nutrients for free as food does, it will only convert the cholesterol in human skin to vitamin D.

Wait I'm bit confused on what you are trying to say about the sun burns part
And of course the Sun doesn't give the nutrients that food gives but many people act like they "gonna be fed" just by the sun -

Food is essentially just protons (H) and electrons within a food matrix that contains micronutrients that assist in extracting them. From this, we are able to create a bond between ADP and P into ATP, which is the main energy currency of the body. Light is photons. We have photoreceptors all over our skin. mechanistically, photoreceptors convert photons into electrons. So, therefore, we are capable of deriving an ingredient of food from the sun. So basically, that's the mechanism behind the sun energizing you. Its somewhat complicated and nuanced but it's really cool. Grounding is similar, except you pull electrons straight from the earth.

@Swansven Photons provide energy in terms of resource, but body tissues are made from matter. The human body doesn't have a process to convert photons directly to ATP or any of its precursors. Matter can be turned to energy (first law of thermodynamics: energy is conserved, but matter must come from elsewhere). We are not plants. Sorry.
The best way to be healthy is through food (matter). All other ways will lead to unhealth and are coping. Without matter you wouldn't even have those photoreceptors.
Human body works by chemical reactions. Every single chemical reaction needs a catalyst, we don't have one for photons to be turned into ATP or metabolic precursors. Photons only act as the trigger (or "catalyst") for the one well-established photochemical reaction: (7-dehydrocholesterol) → vitamin D precursor.Just had to correct some things
Its just wild to create new chemical reactions which do not exist. Human body works specifically to the heartbeat not randomly. -

I didn't 'create new chemical reactions', what I said is established. Electrical energy is required in the synthesis of ATP, and it can be found from other sources than food. It was dishonest to say that photons necessarily turn into electrons. It simply releases them from atoms. But regardless, it results in more electrons to be used in the electron transport chain that creates the proton gradient, driving ATP synthesis. Admittedly, I also probably should have said at the level of the mitochondria rather than at the level of the cell, as cells do other things than create energy.
Further explaining the ETC, because of oxidative stress, it can leak or have electrons stolen from it. Electrical energy from any source can prevent this via electron donation. The nuance that I mentioned was that they don't directly give you energy, they indirectly do so. They improve mitochondrial efficiency and as a result allow you to yield more energy per unit of oxygen. Essentially, for your metabolic health, you want to, for the most part, maximize your electron input.
Sunlight and grounding are synergistic with food, obviously you need protons and mass to sustain your mass. But you also need to consider the driver of these protons in the equation of energy. -

I did read about the science and it seems to match. I also feel the positive effects obviously, your first message was just too vague, but this is good. Thank you. It seems to make the ATP creation process 5-20% more efficient and they also say the effect is bigger if the cells are already damaged. Interesting.
Yeah it's indirect effect still as you said (it optimizes what the body already does with food).
I will definitely read about this more. Interesting.

@Rabbi Yea I was vague. Sun is particularly healing for people with illness. It's funny because they used to put sick people outside, now they sit under blue light. Pretty horrific. But yea, deficiencies can be quite brutal outside of food as well. Excellent health talks about basically everything except food now. He's a bit too much of a sycophant to jack kruse, but he has information.

@Swansven Yea but I was so sick before rawprimal I couldn't even go outside in summer to get sun because my allergies to pollen were so bad. I would be super sick and suffering if I did go outside. Now I have zero allergies, nothing at all because of the diet.
So in that way the only reliable way to fix disease is the diet for me. But sun is helper ofc, not enemy.

@Rabbi I am really curious about how allergens work outside of soyence. Probably just a symptom of an inflamed 'immune system'? I wonder if helminth worms have been used to treat them.
@Swansven I studied the allergy thing for years and I found out the immune system is so stressed from lack of micronutrients (fundamentally) the immune system finds the smallest things as threats (even pollen) as the whole body is in deep survival mode, I was extremely anxious also during those times. So it matches with the anxiety. Everything in my body and mind had the signs of malnutrition. Thank god raw liver fixed both the anxiety and allergies permanently.

@Rabbi That's amazing. It honestly kind of hurts to think about all the people out there in your situation that didn't find the solution and are stuck in actual hell. It's also crazy to think that you could look at someone who is struggling right in the eyes and say exactly what they need to do (eat raw liver) and they simply wouldn't believe you. That's how deep it goes.

@Swansven I was miserable I would do ANYTHING to fix it. And that led to raw liver finally. I had tried literally everything before that, I tried fasting for 3 days. Didn't work shit.
Just recently even my life-long allergy to cats disappeared. lol that's great.
But yeah we definitely need to spread this message to everyone, so as many people will heal as possible. I just need little bit more time to study before I can represent rawprimal diet in Youtube properly scientifically.
