@cas I don’t drink them, some might kill me for ts but whites is the only think I always cook, I can’t stand them raw and the protein bioavailability is better cooked anyway so

@cas i personally prefer drinking the whites too but just because i paid for the whole egg, so im gonna use the whole egg lol, but if you drink just the yolk thats fine too, its not like youre losing any nutrients or anything

@cas I eat the yolks and save the whites for a variety of reasons, theyre yummy when cooked so sometimes I cook them, I use them as eye drops and I use them in other raw recipes. They ca be really useful if you know what to do with them

@ela you've noticed eyesight gains? What quality were the eggs that you used?

              Enjoy the raw milk

@cas I've seen some people like aajonus say the egg white is fine because there isnt any proof the avidin in raw egg whites binds to biotin in the body, and I've seen others say that they even if there isn't 'proof' that knowing there is avidin in raw egg whites is enough to say that it can cause issues. I personally don't know who tf is right it seems like such a pretentious argument. I think even if it does bind to biotin, it's not going to cause any extremely bad issues, especially if you're eating an optimal diet. But also on the contrary, if you want to cook it then just cook it, anyone who makes fun of you for cooking egg whites because it isn't 'primal' has lost the plot tbh. I personally drink the whites only when i feel like it or if im in a rush 😂 the rest of the time I cook them. And honestly I think I'm going to start cooking the whites more in the future, just for flavour reasons 😂

@cas I don’t mind the texture when raw, but I know for some it can be unpleasant, if you have time you might aswell cook them, but if your on the go it’s much easier to have them raw you also get used to it after a few days

@Jack I would argue that the whites are kinda deficient in nutrition and personally I just toss them. In my opinion it's kinda like the skin on an banana or something it's edible but typically not particularly pleasant or nutritious to eat

                      Enjoy the raw milk
