How long can my raw milk stay in the fridge before it doesn’t taste fresh, I get about 10 litres every 2 weeks, I keep 3 litres to drink fresh and ferment 7, I prefer the fresh tho, but my mum said it would go off in 3 days so I just have a litre a day and then after 3 days I drink the fermented ones, could I keep them for like a week? or maybe more

@veloman I think it's about 1 week that it starts to not taste that sweet. That's when the bacteria have consumed a lot of the lactose. You can obviously drink it still as it only ferments in the fridge and you like it still. It doesn't really go bad, it only ferments.
