I got some pasture raised eggs (no soy or grain) from an Amish farmer and I’ve been eating them raw and using the yolks for shampoo, I realize that I like eating them raw more than cooked, they taste wayyyy better and after using them in my hair it feels amazing I will continue this for a long time (also these eggs are stronger shell, yolk and white) which is cool to feel the quality of good eggs

@ENAMV might have to try that, I havent used any products in my hair for over 18 months. I haven't had any issues whatsoever but I might try using egg yolks for my hair in the future it sounds interesting. Not sure if i'd use olive oil though I feel like my hair would be too smooth or oily?

@Jack The oil washes out, if your hair is quite straight then I’d say it could look more oily but if you have curly hair I wouldn’t worry about it

@ela I have pretty straight hair, maybe slightly wavy, honestly my hairs been really good without using eggs or oil, although i find that when i wash it with water (every 2-3 days depending on if im going out) it is softer/finer which I dont really prefer. honestly the only thing that makes my hair feel thicker and really healthy is when i've been swimming in the ocean, it's actually insane how much ocean water effects my hair (in a good way)

@Jack I’d just use the egg then, or not at all if you’re happy with your hair
