So yesterday I ate over half a pound of liver and I woke up with two medium-sized pimples on my face. When I was in the middle a fully cooked diet, I had absolutely zero acne whatsoever. For context, I took Accutane a year ago and that also gave me less acne. Do you think a cooked foods diet is better for preventing acne? I think what happens is that cooked foods prevent detox in the body, but when you eat raw, it will push them through the skin when needed. I think Accutane does a similar thing and completely cuts of the detox pathway of the skin.

    Enjoy the raw milk

@Swansven I mean it's gonna make you healthier if your body detoxes the toxins out. It's not about do you get pimples but how fast one pimple goes off. I think the healthier you are the faster the single pimple goes away. For normal people one pimple might persist for weeks. On rawprimal it should take few days.

The pimples are usually just the skin detoxing specifically so when you get all of the shit out with rawprimal then you should not have them permanently after the initial detox phase.

In my theories I just think why cooked diet doesn't cause acne for some young people and older people is because their bodies are so sick they can't detox even with acne as even the body producing acne requires adequate nutrients after basic survival.

@Swansven It's just the body excreting toxins. After a few days it will clear :). And yes Aajonus mentioned how when you eat cooked foods you are stopping the detoxing process and it causes issue with your cells nutrition as your body uses the enzymes in your cells to help break down the poisonous cooked foods because the cooked foods doesnt have the enzymes raw food does.
