@Reyu you get more enzymes and nutrients by not fully heat damaging the food

@Rabbi mhm, but do you think I did the right thing by defrosting the chicken that way? And besides that when I was cooking the chicken I obviously set it to the highest temperature so it would cook faster.

@Reyu just make sure its at least 50% raw, optimally dont put to microwave

@Rabbi so… what would be a better defrosting method? xd I understand your point, but could you explain why you shouldn’t use the microwave? I’m guessing it’s because bacteria can grow faster instead of saying optimally but I get what you mean

@Reyu Better defrosting method is just leaving it out the freezer and waiting

@Reyu Its more natural I suppose.. microwaving changes the molecular structure of food, so does freezing your food
Overall it’s better do to not freeze or defrost your meat via a microwave

I currently live in Sweden and haven't looked into buying milk, meat, or other products directly from a local farm.

I go to the gym 5 days a week with 2 rest days, training close to failure, which is great for muscle growth. I'm currently unsure whether I should reduce the number of training days.

When it comes to food, my diet is pretty basic (pasta, cooked beef, and cooked chicken) I'm 180cm and weigh 59kg, giving me a BMI of 18.2, which is close to underweight for a 17yo. I'm in the middle of a bulk and my goal is to reach 70kg before summer, so I know I need to be in a calorie surplus.. I'm just not fully dialed in yet.

Even though I think I look good/healthy, I generally don't feel all the time comfortable in my body, which is what motivated me to start going to the gym in the first place.

My overall goal is simply to feel better both mentally and physically. The main challenge I'm facing rn is finding the right foods to eat, since I shop mostly at local supermarkets like Lidl. A typical day of eating looks like (4–6 eggs, pasta, cooked chicken, cooked beef, bread) and whatever is served at school.

What should I do in my situation../.

@Reyu to be honest bro if your trying to get really big and be super consistent in the gym in in the wrong place. Stressing your body doesn’t align with the primal diet and bulking on it will be expensive

If you want to shine like the sun, First you have to burn like it

For me gym was one thing causing most sickness, actually it was very unhealthy for me, when I stopped I got much healthier.

@Reyu well if you want to get very muscular the primal diet isn't optimal its not very calorie dense, its expensive and lacks carbs.
