so what ive been experiencing on the primal diet(not fully but mostly primal) is that ive been going to the bathroom for a number 2 only once a week and have been getting ghost wipes. Is anyone else experiencing the same thing or is it just me, and if its just me should i be concerned?

@lilpeeper_42 I poop about once every 4-5 days without any plant matter. It's pretty regular and quick with a ghost wipe as well when I do so. I would say it's probably normal because of the sheer bioavailability of everything on the diet and the lack of fiber doesn't provide bulk for the stool. If you have troubles passing the stool when it happens then I would be concerned and look at fermented foods.
