Limiting blue light is important since blue light tells the brain its day. Use night light on pc, and blue light blocking apps on phone or try to find it in your device's settings. Blue light blocking glasses are by far the best option for limiting blue light. You should also watch the sunset, the natural source of red light. Use incandescent bulbs over led

@Rabbi blue Light blocking glasses are such an important investment.

The big three for health are: food, light and grounding.
Blue light blocking at night, alongside getting sun in the morning, is the most important thing for the aspect of light environment. And for 10-20€ you're getting half of the equation for solving your light environment. It's definitely worth it. You're trying to tell your brain it's night at night, just as well as you're trying to tell your brain it's morning at morning by getting sunlight.

It must be noted though that not only blue light alone but also light brightness is important to manage at night. So the amount of light and the type of light matters. But still, blue light is more important to manage than brightness, since blue light is worse in its effects.

@tochbebichbe I found way to make my screen almost red, i guess thats as good as bluelight glasses, i really dont want to buy items, maybe i'll consider it later if people speak more about it.

i go sleep very late and wakeup after sunrise, i only focus on diet and low stress lifestyle mainly. I look sunset though.

          grounding is great, love it!

@Rabbi if you don't have an OLED Screen, it's better than leaving it as it is but still blue light is coming through. If you use modern lights at night, you are getting a very high amount of blue light, even if it looks warm.(And if you use overhead lamps it's even worse, because the blue light receptors in the eyes are positioned in such a way as to pick up blue light from the top.) The whole technology of non OLED monitors and these lamps is based on blue LED lights, that's why.
Without buying glasses, your best method would be to use candles as a light source or verify if you have incandescent light bulbs; then you can use the lights. And of course don't use 'em screens couple hours before bed of course (if you have OLED and blue filter, you could though).
