Are naps optimal? When should I take them? Can I just nap whenever I want? I just took a one hour and a half nap after waking up at 5:30am. I feel kinda great, but will this unbalance my sleep at night? Thanks for the attention

@ENAMV If you want to sleep then you should sleep, the time doesn’t matter too much and if you feel good after then whats the point in not napping?

@ela yeah, thats what i think about it too, but wouldnt it be bad if i just felt like going to sleep again after taking a nap?
