I’ve seen many videos within the primal community on tiktok that contain cigarettes. Mostly edits/slideshows. I’m wondering why people think that they’re beneficial, or if they don’t and they’re just too addicted. I know they increase testosterone, but they’re super toxic to the body, especially modern day cigarettes.

Lowers cortisol I guess, no but I guess it gives them good feeling for short time and its nice habit. I remember reading its glucose problem and if they eat fruit or honey every time they want cigarette it would stop and on rawprimal many dont eat enough rawmilk (lactose), or raw honey, so it happens more.
