    How healthy is milk?

I recently watched a seven-year-old Goatis video called "How to Extend Your Life." In the description, he left a link to a website with an article about carbohydrates, whether or not I can't remember. It was supposedly a pseudoscientific website, and it had an article about milk, saying that milk is a cow's drink and isn't essential for humans and doesn't provide any health benefits, just like Chat GPT says that milk can only give you bloating (due to lactose intolerance) and extra calories.
Naturally, he's talking about natural raw milk.

@Mishutka_47 Yeah he thinks it will not age him if he doesnt drink raw milk as it causes growth, and growth causes aging.

@Mishutka_47 milk has a lot of bioavailable nutrients and bacteria. It does have growth factors in it so I would especially recommend it for younger people. Lactose seems to be the least problematic carbohydrate and it's blunted by the fat in it as well. It's very hydrating.

        Enjoy the raw milk
