I stopped wanting to watch unhelpful media
-
Even when I was on a cooked carnivore diet, I just couldn't sit through a movie or TV show. It just felt incredibly useless to sit there and watch these meaningless stories. Even shows that I enjoyed in the past were just boring to me. The only thing I can watch nowadays are YouTube videos about nutrition or philosophy. Everything else is just totally under stimulating to me. Do you guys experience this too? Do you think part of being in your natural state is not being as easily conditioned by mainstream media?
@Swansven Most people live in constant carbohydrate dream from high processed carb diet where they essentially become mindlessly sucked into the dreamy state and can consume movies and very long-form videos without problem without having a one thought in their brain.

@Rabbi Yeah gonna have to disagree, I actually think people on a shitty high carb diet will find it difficult to focus for long periods of time. Plus movies are my favourite thing to watch. I mostly watch movies that are philisophical though, not hollywood slop. e.g. the seventh seal

@Rabbi well I mean more made up fairy tale stories. Sure it can have value philosophically. I mean I read things that teach me stuff. Like Aajonus' books, going to read Nietzsche, probably will read Jack Kruse's book too. Thats what I meant when saying I didnt read books that are fiction.
