I eat microwave burritos and mac and cheese, im also near retirement (gap year) and thinking of moving to a swedish retreat in the mountains. Any idea what raw meat you can eat to clear my toxins? @HealinatorPrimal I mean any meat that you can buy that is not like processed meat like sausages or meatballs. real meat and organs. beef liver is one of the best if you can find.
