Gum/Teeth health

Is there anything i can do to get better gums because they bleed very easily
And for teeth can i do something to get them whiter/healthier? I brush them with coconut oil

Don’t brush your teeth anymore and oil pull with coconut oil or butter. The build up on your teeth isn’t food rests but toxins bound to calcium which your body is trying to expel

@Rabbi i use a miswak and i "brush" very gently. i am sure me going too hard isnt the problem, ive had this basically all my life.
