Neurotransmitters
-
For good mental health your body needs enough neurotransmitters.
So basically if you are in some situation where its super chaotic and it brings a lot of emotions, thinking or any brainpower, especially novel social situations can be very taxing for the brain. Novelty is taxing to the brain overall.
So for example if I go to places that I haven't gone in awhile or are different some way and try to engage properly it will deplete neurotransmitters quite quickly and leave me quite flat the next day as the neurotransmitters are depleted. Especially if it's long event or chaotic. If its normal social situation with people I know, nothing will happen, I will have normal neurotransmitters next day as my body has adapted to that and its not novel anymore. So basically any novel situation, especially social situations with new people are pretty taxing compared to anything else.
For example laughing is a way for brain to save neurotransmitters but still engage in the social situation in positive way. Speaking is more neurotransmitter depleting or acting. So I laugh a lot lol. I also speak a lot as I have a lot of neurotransmitters, but my body understands unconsciously its more energy demanding.
I don't even need alcohol to be as socially crazy as my friends, I am always much much more energetic, they always think how this is possible. its just I have abundant neurotransmitters.
Raw animal foods nutrients obviously replenish neurotransmitters fast.
