love and relationships ,diet and society

These days it's hard to find love. We live in a very superficial world. Even if you see people in relationships who seem happy, they're not. Believe me, I've seen friends whose girlfriends tell them they never loved them, and then they come back begging for their love. It's quite sad, to be honest. It's like people don't love each other; they're afraid of being alone.
I'm talking about malnutrition because if you're malnourished, you won't be very happy, and that will lead one of you to look for someone else.
Not to mention the social media standards for both genders.
Social media and the idea that your boyfriend has to buy you everything, and the hatred it creates between the two genders, is brutal.
Friends joke that I'm gay, but the truth is, it doesn't bother me because I'm not.
That's one of the advantages of this diet: being so well-nourished and relaxed makes things seem less important to me.
I remember a few months ago I talked to a girl from my school on Instagram.
It didn't go beyond a normal conversation, but she became obsessed with me. At the time, I was going to the gym near the school, and she joined the same gym. My point is, she had very little self-respect to pursue me so much when we barely talked.
Another thing I wanted to talk about is parties.
Being a teenager and going to parties or hanging out with friends isn't easy. There are tons of alcoholic drinks, but you have to say no to that poison. For me, going out at night and laughing once in a while without drinking is fine. This diet isn't a cult; maybe this isn't the ideal, but if I focused 100% on the diet, I'd neglect family and friends, and relationships are quite important for mental health.
I mean, it's okay to eat unhealthy food sometimes, and I don't mean fast food, but food cooked by the family. Sometimes I have to have a glass of Coke with friends; for me, it's a good deal in exchange for having a good time.I recommend eating raw fermented meat before going out; it makes you feel euphoric and laugh more.
That's all. I'd like to know your opinion.

I think many of the relationship issues is because of a lack of respect for nature and reproduction. Girls losing feelings is likely because the man has failed to impregnate her and so her body perceives him as infertile and tells her to move on. Things like this and closed-mindedness end relationships very often.
