      @Xambos-Ag It just swells your tissued and muscles for no reason, its basically big inflammation bomb. its toxic also made from industrial byproducts.

          @Xambos-Ag yeah it might.

          but everytime your body needs to do something that needs adaptation like muscle growth or strength it needs to deprioritize other tissue maintenance in the body and DNA repair so you age quicker.

          So you trade worse health for little bit more muscle. but on rawprimal you can get healthy strength and usually much stronger than standard gym goers by just eating a lot of raw muscle meat and the overall diet.

          most people on this dist have aesthetic muscular physique without any exercise.
