raw coconut cream

I was making aajonus' coconut cream, and I didn't get even half the amount he did. I thought it would work with my juicer. I'd appreciate it if anyone has any tips for getting more without needing a juicer like aajonus'.

@chickenbreast I dont know much about juicing but it would make sense the more power the juicer has the more it will output.

You are more advanced than me in this definitely.
