I started this diet about 10-12 months ago, when I was 17. I began with steak tartare and raw eggs. I was always afraid to try other meats, until I finally tried fish (at that time I hadn't read much about aajonus). It was albacore tuna that I had bought frozen (now I know I shouldn't buy frozen food). I was surprised that I didn't have any illnesses back then, since I didn't know if the fish was farmed. Not too long ago, about 2-3 months ago, I started eating raw chicken, since they say it helps when you're an anxious person, which I could see in my iris.
But now I want to try raw pork, which I'm really scared of, and I wanted to ask what the worst thing that could happen is.

My diet now consists of chicken, liver, eggs, beef brains, raw beef fat, fruit (because it's summer), sometimes vegetable or orange juice, potatoes, and cooked pork. I also make kefir from pasteurized milk and kefir grains (I don't have access to raw dairy products, and this is my only source of calcium).

I just hope the chicken doesn't make me sick since I buy it from a place that only sells chicken, and I wouldn't know if it's bleached with chlorine.

I should clarify that I have spent a lot of time in the sun during this period.

That's all. I wanted to ask for advice on whether kefir is okay, how I should start with raw pork, and what the worst that could happen is.

Today I'm making raw coconut cream for the first time, to make the lubrication formula and other recipes. Greetings to all.

@chickenbreast Should be zero problems, just make sure its good quality raw pork.

A lot asian people eat pork but the problem is they eat only small amounts so they don't get enough nutrients to build the body as it should be naturally and then the parasites start attack gut cell walls as they notice they have clear advantage as their body is so weak and malnourished as they eat mostly rice.

Someone on rawprimal people its basically impossible that parasite escapes the gut. And every reaction that you can get from the parasites on on gut is just detox which is positive on the long run.

That's the worse case reaction, but i am very sure nothing will happen as you have been on rawprimal pretty long and the parasites have nothing to eat (dead matter) on your gut and will just go through.

I eat raw pig heart for example which is a muscle and no problem, its not even crazy high good quality. its all just propaganda.

@chickenbreast I'm not gonna lie man, I would eat a lot more pork before I would eat chicken. I pretty much just jumped straight in to raw ground pork right after I had raw ground beef. It doesn't seem bad, but just like chicken, quality matters since they are mono-gastric animals. 'Worst' that could happen to you according to the media is getting trichinosis, which would actually benefit you and allow your body to clean up more toxicity.
I've actually never tried chicken because of how much quality seems to matter. It's hard to source high quality chicken and so it's easier to get cheaper beef since they're resilient.

        Enjoy the raw milk

@chickenbreast A few days ago I tried a little bit of raw pork, it wasn’t good quality which is kind of retarded but even then i still didnt get sick or anything.
If you’ve been eating other raw stuff and your body is used to it then I wouldnt know why there would be problems

Well the meat itself surely won’t make you sick, only the potential toxins in it, pork shouldn’t be eaten though as it is told in the Bible and all biblical rules have a good reason

@love The reason seems to be that all the pigs would do in the cities is eat actual trash that was discarded. They were like janitors. Obviously they accumulated a lot of toxicity, which is probably why they were forbidden to eat.

              Enjoy the raw milk
