Autoimmune conditions

I have recently been researching the raw primal diet and I'm hoping to read "the guide to living without disease" soon but I'm wondering if anyone else has been able to reverse autoimmune conditions by the primal diet. For me personally I have alopecia areata and after I cut out carbs, I noticed regrowth, but it has been extremely slow and the main reason I began to research the primal diet was for my autoimmune condition, has anyone reversed autoimmune conditions with this diet?

@akiyama I mean I recommend reading the book, as Aajonus has said 95% of chronic disease is reversible. it might be true. only the truly genetic problems cant.

@akiyama I also have two autoimmune conditions and currently on Animal based diet. Going to try and have some raw meats soon and then transition fully to primal.

@akiyama I recommend focusing on egg yolks for biotin and avoid the whites. Just down as many yolks as you find appropriate.
