@primaljulek fair, if the organs are frozen are they still good to eat? or should u just avoid frozen organs, my bad if its a dumb question, im just new to the primal diet.

@xx don't apologise, this forum is for asking questions. raw unfreezed would be best, but if you don't have the source of them, you will.be fine. refreeezed meat is still healthier than cooked meat! Aajonus spoke about this, you can read this!
