I'm currently 183cm and 105kg, mostly fat. I want to lose a lot of weight, maybe get down to 80-90 lean.
I'm drinking 2l raw milk, eating 500g meat, 12 eggs, and 150g raw butter.

@veloman isn't it better to cut the butter? milk is hydrating

@Rabbi Yes that’s true, but I assume he uses the butter to cooks the eggs, if that’s not the case then cutting the butter would br easier

@veloman he prob eats the eggs raw, i predict, but yeah for cooking 12 eggs like 10g of butter is enough. 150g of butter has a lot of energy which will be stored as fat if something excess is left from energy production of cells.

@nscr0bllds1 Don't cut anything else, you can cut little bit meat and switch for organs.

@nscr0bllds1 Okay, I'd try going on walks a few times a week. Maybe eat less butter? Or just eat a little less in general. The main thing with losing weight is eating less and moving more

@nscr0bllds1 Until you get the results you want, then you can go back to normal.

If you go back to normal and start gaining weight again then cut back a teeny bit.. The main thing is finding the perfect amount of food or your body to maintain the weight you want

@nscr0bllds1 I'd say try 15-20 minutes a day at first then I'd try increase it.
Don't overdue it, if you feel uncomfortably exhausted by the end then you're doing too much too quickly

@nscr0bllds1 ditch the milk and go maybe just a little bit lower on the butter. Aajonus recommends eating 1 egg every 30min-hour of the day and a lean meat meal with a little butter. You could easily replicate something similar for your diet. You can do pretty much everything just don’t go to low on fat and don’t starve in general and you should be good. Also if you avoid vegetable juice and white meat for the first weeks it shouldn’t trigger your appetite to much.
