I am from Algeria, specifically from the capital. I am new to this field and have not tried anything new in meat or organs yet. I have not found any butcher or farm that sells beef or lamb that has been raised naturally and has not been injected with hormones or vaccinated. However, I found someone who sells chickens and roosters and slaughters them for me, and I will try to start with that, because they are 100% naturally raised. The important thing is that I can also eat fish, bee products, and dairy products, all of which are raw. Someone told me that I can eat raw meat sold in butcher shops, even if the animals are not 100% natural, as long as I avoid eating the internal organs.
The important thing is, if you have any advice, please feel free to share it with me. Thank you.

If you've never tried raw meat or organs before, then I recommend easing into it, i personally just cooked my food less and less and then incorporated small servings of completely raw meat and animal products. the main thing you should watch out for when buying animal products is the animal's diet and living conditions (do they roam free and get sunlight). If they're eating good and living well, then you should make sure its fresh. Ask the butcher where they get their meat shipped from, and check that farm to see what theyre feeding their animals, if its a natural diet then i don't see why it would be an issue consuming it. Also look for farms near you that sell unpasteurised milk ideally from grass-fed cows. Also organs are great, but if it's your first time eating them raw, then take your time adjusting 🙂 enjoy my friend.

@Jack Thats what I did, idk I just did that technique because it was comfortable, of course you can start eating raw just without easing into it, no negatives really. Just I recommend starting with smaller quantities and increasing from there.
