I get pretty painful period cramps and Im not too sure on how I can relieve them.
Normally I’d take a painkiller but im not sure if that’s actually good or not, sometimes i’ll use a hot water bottle which does help significantly however I can only do that if im resting..
so im mainly looking for solutions that will help me when i’m not laying down/resting. -
Gatis said its a heavy detox. Painkillers are unhealthy, do not take that. If you really need something for pain, take opioids (but not the synthetic ones, only the morphinans)

@ela The following opioids work reliably without severe health implications: morphine, heroin, oxycodone, oxymorphone, hydrocodone, and hydromorphone. Codeine and dihydrocodeine work but are not as reliable; dihydrocodeine is worse than codeine. Synthetic opioids are pure poison; avoid them if possible. Buprenorphine is a morphinan, but despite that, it is also really bad; never take buprenorphine. Doctors nowadays are incredibly schizo when it comes to opioids, so don't expect much luck getting them legally, and I don't recommend getting them illegally for many reasons. I dont think this will ever happen to you but if you ever find yourself in the position of taking some drug I.V. which you shouldnt do, make sure they dont use NaCl solution as carrier substance or to "flush" the vein. You dont want salt injected into your blood, trust me

so im mainly looking for solutions that will help me when i’m not laying down/resting.@ela Try to wean off of all pharmaceuticals and I would focus on getting more saturated fat to properly balance your hormones. Something like raw unsalted butter or cream if you can get it. If you haven't tried it yet, do a lubrication formula every day.

@ela Many issues in the body can be attributed to poor hydration. The lube formula supposedly helps provide special quick-digesting hydration your body can utilize to lubricate its outer parts. Treats eczema, dry skin, stiff joints, dry scalp, ect.
Formula
- 1-2 raw eggs
- 4 ounces raw, unsalted butter
- 1-2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1-2 tablespoons completely unheated honey
This is probably the most important formula in the books.

I got pushed codeine by the doctor when I was in hospital years ago, I ate it consistently for 4 weeks. Its not even that addictive. Not have used it after that prescription by doctor, zero desire.

@love Very chill in immersive way, i was low inhibited in a weird detached braindead way, i didnt care about anything. But after the 4 weeks I started feeling panicky on how deep it sucked me inside it so I had to stop by reducing the dose by half everyday and splitting the dose so I took 2 times a day for more stable effect, I couldn't stop cold turkey.

@ela only disso i ever took was dxm but i got really close to fluor ketamine once, had some wild moments with dxm though, it really can be magical. i hope you can get away from ket : )
