I've been having severe muscle cramps for 7 months now while on this diet, I'd like to know if anybody else has had a problem like this or if anybody has any solution or recommendations. Thank you for replying in advance

This could be electrolyte problem. Have you ingested enough electrolytes?

@SintezPL Where are the cramps specifically, do you to go gym or do intense exercise?

if i have muscle cramps i normally take a hot bath and just relax and that helps.

Do you drink coffee or energy drinks? Caffeine could be a problem

@SintezPL I mean the problem is probably in the mucles and if you dont get enough electrolytes from foods you eat it can easily lead to this, are you sure you get them enough like potassium, magnesium and sodium etc? It could also be from anxiety or stress.

@SintezPL ive had this problem as well for a few months and i found out it is because of mineral deficiency.
The best solution is raw cheese with raw honey.
And the second best is oysters

@SintezPL Eat or drink some of the stuff I suggest in this topic, also, if you're doing low carb then you should aim to eat a lot of protein in one meal so that you can get a proper insulin response. This will help you retain electrolytes and other minerals.

                      Enjoy the raw milk
